And Australians seem to agree.
Youi has once again swept a number of categories at the prestigious 2024 Finder Home and Car Insurance Customer Satisfaction Awards.
Winners all round
Australians have crowned Youi as the Most Loved Car Insurance Brand this year, leading the competition with an overall customer satisfaction score of 4.44/5. This is the second year in a row Youi has won this award and is a testament to the brand’s attention to the customer experience.
The insurer also came in first nationally for their customer service, winning the Legendary Service for Car Insurance award with a score of 4.48/5.
At the state level, Youi was also recognised as winner or highly commended for a staggering 24 awards across Home and Car insurance.

How the winners were chosen
To select this year’s winners in the Car and Home insurance categories, Finder collaborated with Dynata, a leading firm in insights and data, to gather opinions from thousands of Australians.
Finder reached out to over 2,000 customers across all states to see how they felt about car insurance.
A similar process was conducted for home insurance, where over 2,000 Australian consumers were asked to rate their home insurers.
In order to be included in the final results, there had to be a minimum of 25-30 responses for each car and home insurer, with a maximum limit of 35 responses per brand in each category
Participants were asked to score brands on a scale of 1 to 5 for the following criteria:
- Customer service
- Features and benefits
- Ease of application
- Value for money
The final scores for each category were calculated as an average of all customers who were polled.
