Well, here’s something we’re pretty thrilled about. Youi’s awesome service has again been recognised, this time in the 2022 Canstar Most Satisfied Customer Awards.
We’re super proud to have taken out the award for Most Satisfied Customers in Home Insurance nationally, and also in Queensland, New South Wales (tied with another insurer) and Victoria.
The awards were based on a survey of insurance customers from across Australia, and Canstar surveyed 4,891 Australians to find out how satisfied they are with their current home and/or contents insurance policy.
The Canstar Most Satisfied Awards have been running for four years now, and Youi has taken the top spot for home insurance in Queensland each time. It’s also the second year in a row that we’ve picked up the national home insurance award, and the third year in a row we’ve won in New South Wales.
This year, customer service was the biggest measure of customer satisfaction (27%), followed by value for money (22%), comprehensiveness of cover (19%), communication (16%) and cost (16%).
At Youi, we’ve always been about offering our customers awesome service. We don’t make assumptions. Instead, we ask questions and really listen to our customers to get a true understanding of what they need from their insurance.
So it’s always an honour to win awards like these, with customers again (and again) calling out and recognising our service as the thing that sets us apart.
